Il est donc important de garder son calme et de communiquer de mani\u00e8re positive. Les clients passent beaucoup de temps en ligne, recherchent des informations en ligne et comparent les prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le personnel du CST est constamment confront\u00e9 \u00e0 ces nouvelles formes de communication. La ligne de chat sur le site web sera g\u00e9r\u00e9e par les employ\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames.
