Selon que votre intention est d'expliquer, de prouver, de r\u00e9sumer ou d'influencer, vous devez utiliser des outils diff\u00e9rents. Les vendeurs qui veulent en finir avec les diapositives pleines de texte commencent par mettre des images partout et finissent par infliger la mort par (joli) PowerPoint. Visuel ne signifie pas toujours image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mercuri.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2018\/11\/4_slides.jpg\" alt=\"4 diapositives cruciales\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pour<strong> expliquer<\/strong> nous utilisons des sch\u00e9mas et des dessins. Leur r\u00f4le est de permettre au client de visualiser en quelques secondes ce que le vendeur tente d'expliquer, afin de faciliter et d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la compr\u00e9hension.<\/li><li>Pour <strong>prouver<\/strong>Nous utilisons des graphiques. J'ai bien dit des graphiques, pas des tableaux avec des chiffres. Gardez les chiffres et les tableaux pour la pr\u00e9sentation \u00e9crite, car les diapositives ne sont pas le bon support pour l'analyse. Les graphiques ont l'avantage de permettre au client de comprendre en moins de trois secondes le point illustr\u00e9 par les figures. <em>Pour les donn\u00e9es tr\u00e8s saillantes o\u00f9 le chiffre parle de lui-m\u00eame, vous pouvez l'afficher en tr\u00e8s gros caract\u00e8res (150 points ou plus), sans graphique.<\/em><\/li><li>Pour <strong>r\u00e9sumer<\/strong>Nous utilisons des diapositives avec du texte. Attention au nombre d'id\u00e9es que vous demandez au client de m\u00e9moriser. Le but de votre pr\u00e9sentation est votre objectif principal. Si le client ne retient qu'une seule id\u00e9e de chaque pr\u00e9sentation, c'est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une r\u00e9ussite. Je doute qu'un client puisse raisonnablement retenir plus de deux ou trois id\u00e9es dans un argumentaire de vente. Ici, sur l'illustration, j'en montre cinq, et franchement, c'est beaucoup. Dans ce cas, il faut les pr\u00e9senter une ligne \u00e0 la fois, en att\u00e9nuant progressivement les lignes d\u00e9j\u00e0 couvertes, afin que le client puisse garder un \u0153il sur l'ensemble.<\/li><li>Pour <strong>modifier<\/strong> nous utilisons des images pour acc\u00e9der au c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9motionnel du cerveau, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les d\u00e9cisions sont prises.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En adaptant vos diapositives \u00e0 votre objectif, vous \u00e9viterez les pr\u00e9sentations pleines d'images, ce qui, selon Phil Waknell, n'est pas le cas. <em>\"La mort par (joli) PowerPoint <\/em>mentionn\u00e9.
