Contactez \u00e9galement votre fournisseur de CRM pour conna\u00eetre les outils qu'il propose et les mesures qu'il prend dans le cadre du GDPR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- I.v.m. <strong>courriels<\/strong>Si vous ne pouvez pas prouver qu'une personne a d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9 son accord pour recevoir des mailings, vous devez la recontacter (avec un double opt-in). N'attendez pas trop longtemps ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- '<strong>M\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong>La prospection devient de plus en plus importante. D\u00e9veloppez votre r\u00e9seau de m\u00e9dias sociaux ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- '<strong>Autorisation<\/strong>n'est pas la seule base juridique pour le traitement des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel. Les \"int\u00e9r\u00eats l\u00e9gitimes\" et \"l'ex\u00e9cution d'un contrat\" sont d'autres bases l\u00e9gales qui peuvent s'appliquer dans certains cas. Consignez dans votre registre interne et dans votre politique de protection de la vie priv\u00e9e les raisons pour lesquelles vous estimez que ces bases juridiques s'appliquent. La transparence engendre la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 et la confiance ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5- Le GDPR, c'est avant tout '<strong>donn\u00e9es personnelles<\/strong>'. En principe, les coordonn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d'une entreprise (non li\u00e9es \u00e0 une personne) ne sont pas incluses.
