Comment peux-tu \u00eatre aussi cool ? Il s'agit d'une d\u00e9faillance majeure du service et le chef des achats derri\u00e8re cette grande porte vitr\u00e9e va nous m\u00e2cher le travail !\"<\/em><br \/><em>\"Je sais. Apr\u00e8s des d\u00e9cennies d'activit\u00e9s de service, je peux vous dire ceci Eric : <strong>Les oreilles obtiennent de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats que les bouches dans ces situations\".<\/strong>.<\/em><br \/><em>\"La vente et le service sont cens\u00e9s consister \u00e0 parler et \u00e0 convaincre le client. Alors, que se passe-t-il lors des conversions et des cl\u00f4tures de ventes difficiles avec des clients exigeants ?\"<\/em><br \/><em>\"La m\u00eame r\u00e8gle s'applique partout dans la vente et le service. <strong>\u00c9couter deux fois plus que parler<\/strong>.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cates-vous d'accord avec Tom ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi \u00e9couter ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Quel est l'objectif de votre visite de vente ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Satisfaire le client ? Faire la fermeture ? \u00c9tablir une relation pour de futures affaires ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fa\u00e7on la plus simple de faire tout cela et plus encore est d'\u00e9couter - avec attention et empathie. \u00c9couter avec une attention totale est le plus grand compliment que vous puissiez faire \u00e0 une autre personne. \u00c9tonnamment, cela fonctionne m\u00eame si vous ne comprenez pas la langue parl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9coute permet de calmer les esprits, d'apaiser les nerfs et de cimenter les relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plus beau, c'est que l'\u00e9coute n'exige aucune expertise. La volont\u00e9 et la compr\u00e9hension suffisent. En prime, les personnes qui \u00e9coutent s'enrichissent de connaissances car elles absorbent plus de choses que celles qui dominent les conversations. Qu'est-ce qui nous emp\u00eache donc d'\u00e9couter ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obstacles \u00e0 l'\u00e9coute<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Souvent, nos propres traits de caract\u00e8re nous emp\u00eachent d'\u00e9couter activement. Pour \u00e9couter activement, il faut \u00eatre <em>'<strong>pr\u00e9sent<\/strong>'<\/em> tout au long de la conversation. Peu importe qu'il s'agisse d'un face-\u00e0-face avec le client, d'une r\u00e9union t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique ou d'une r\u00e9union en ligne. \u00c9tonnamment, cela s'applique m\u00eame aux interactions sur des plateformes de communication impersonnelles telles que les courriels et les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Le fait d'\u00eatre pleinement \"pr\u00e9sent\" dans les \u00e9changes favorise l'\u00e9coute active. Tout ce qui nuit \u00e0 cette \"pr\u00e9sence\" entrave l'\u00e9coute active.
